MEDICAL/PHYSICAL INFO: she's... plastic......... she doesn't bleed and she doesn't have real functional internal organs or anything like that. You can definitely knock her unconscious if you hit her in the head but unless you're bringing in fire she's going to be v hard to kill.

ROMANCE/RELATIONSHIPS: Although she and Ken aren't married and they did break up for a while, he was made for her. Your guy could never be as good as her man.
ANYTHING ELSE? If your character comes from any world remotely related to the real world post 1960 and thus has barbies and thus your character may have at some point seen a barbie doll, they are absolutely permitted to recognize barbie as that doll.
